The new rule, a revision of the ISO/TS 16949:2009 technical specification, makes compliance with Customer Specific Requirements mandatory, with guidelines, among other things, on the management of business and supplier risk throughout the supply chain, with much more stringent parameters than in the past, as well as processes for reducing waste in the supply and traceability of end products, to ensure maximum safety.
