FLOAT-NUT
FLOAT-NUT is the riveted metal fastening system whose floating anchor-nut allows the recovery of small position errors during assembly.
The ability to easily and quickly replace the threaded bush enables maintenance without completely removing the anchor-nut from the receiving material.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Follow the instructions on the data sheet for preparing the receiving material and attach the FLOAT-NUT to it by riveting or screwing.
The self-locking bush guarantees a solid, vibration-resistant fastening. The self-locking effect gradually diminishes after repeated screwing/unscrewing cycles.
FLOAT-NUT makes it easy to replace the bush with a new one without affecting the plate. Remove the retaining ring to free the bush. After the bush has been replaced, put the ring back in its seat.

The floating anchor-nut FLOAT-NUT allows the creation of a fastening point on thin or structurally non-load-bearing materials. Thanks to its floating movement, it allows position adjustment during assembly, compensating for play and small alignment errors.
The self-locking effect of the bush ensures that the screw will not unscrew.
If maintenance is needed, the ability to remove and replace the threaded bush by simply removing the circlip saves considerable time and cost. FLOAT-NUT is designed so that bushes with different internal thread sizes can be applied in the same containing cage. This allows errors to be compensated for by the possibility of applying fasteners with different threads on the same anchor-nut.
